18 Years of watch design and watch manufacture

Is the warranty of custom watches the same as that of ordinary watches?

Yes. First, we have a dedicated quality inspection department, and 100% of all goods undergo full inspection before shipment to ensure product quality from the source. Our custom timepieces are entitled to a 1–2 year official warranty period from the date of purchase, with the specific duration varying slightly according to the watch model and movement type (you can confirm the exact warranty term via the product manual or our customer service team).

Our warranty policy is structured as follows:
For custom watches: 1-year warranty for the entire watch unit.
For the movement from the date of delivery: 2-year warranty.

During the warranty period:
We will repair defective parts free of charge.
We will cover 50% of the shipping costs incurred for after-sales service.

What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to issues caused by manufacturing defects or quality flaws (non-human damage):
1.Movement malfunctions: This includes core performance issues such as inaccurate timekeeping, sudden stoppages, automatic winding failures, or malfunctions of additional functions (e.g., date, chronograph) that are not caused by improper use.
2.Non-man-made damage to the case and strap:
① For watch cases: Damage such as unprovoked loosening of components, corrosion of metal parts (under normal use conditions), or cracking of ceramic cases due to material defects.
② For straps: Natural detachment of genuine leather strap stitching, or breakage of metal straps caused by structural flaws (excluding wear and tear from daily use).

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Please note that customized craftsmanship and parts, as well as damage caused by human factors, are excluded from the warranty scope:
1.Customized process-related issues: The warranty does not cover wear, fading, or deformation of personalized elements such as engravings, embossed patterns, printed logos, or custom-painted dials. These are consumable features affected by long-term use and environmental factors.
2.Damage caused by improper use or human factors:
① Physical damage from accidental drops, collisions, or scratches.
② Damage caused by contact with chemicals (e.g., perfumes, detergents), extreme temperatures, or water immersion beyond the watch’s water-resistance rating.
③ Wear and tear from daily use, such as strap aging, scratch marks on the watch surface, or battery depletion (for quartz watches).
3.Unauthorized modifications or repairs: If the custom watch is disassembled, modified, or repaired by non-official technicians, the entire warranty will be invalidated.

Warranty Service Notes
