We can customize watches according to the design or idea provided by the customer (OEM WATCH). You can also choose some of our existing watches, add your own logo and make some minor change (ODM WATCH). Your OEM and ODM needs can be met in our company based on a comprehensive watch design and manufacturing service.

For the case, if you choose our style watch, the MOQ is 100-300pcs; it you have your own design, we could make a new mold for you.
We could offer drawing for new mold, and our designer would make sketch with your logo file to confirm the design and color, to meet your requirement.
After the quotation and sketch, we could go ahead for the sample and bulk.
For the bulk, we could require 30% as down payment, 70% before shipping.
Production time of watch is 50-60 days, we would show you the detail when the part is finished.
When we finish all the part, dial, hand, case, strap, box, the first step is going through our prenatal testing, and then assemble into finished products in our dust-free workshop.
All the watch would pass waterproof test, outlook test, working test, then they would packing in box.

If you are satisfied with the watch sample or you would like to make some minor changes on samples,we will modify before mass production. During the OEM watches production, if there is any update,you will be informed by picture and video.Because we understand the importance of reliable timely delivery service and always communicate closely with our customer during all the period.
The watches parts will be produced according to our drawings. After the parts of a watch are inspected, a small-scale trial fitting performed to test whether there are any problems with the assembly of the watch part, the water resistance and reliability of the watch, and so on.
When the trial assembly is completed, we will also conduct strict appearance and function tests on each semi-finished and finished watch during the mass assembly process to ensure that our customers get high quality watch products.The functions here are not only the basic functions of hour, minute and second hand or Date/Week, but also some multi-functions like chrono,moonphase,dual time,gmt,etc.

What personalized options are available for custom watches?
We support customization of dial materials (stainless steel, titanium alloy, ceramic, etc.), dial colors and patterns, strap materials (genuine leather, silicone, metal steel strap), case engraving, and movement type selection (quartz/mechanical). The specific customizable range is subject to the provided customization list.

How long does it take to customize a watch?
The regular customization cycle is 40 working days. For customizations involving complex pattern engraving or rare materials, the cycle will be extended to 60 working days. The specific time will be notified after order confirmation.

Can custom watches be returned or exchanged?
As custom watches are exclusive personalized products, returns or exchanges are not supported for non-quality issues. If you find quality defects such as material or craftsmanship problems after receiving the watch, you can contact customer service within 7 days of signing for it, and we will provide repair or re-manufacturing services after verification.

Can I provide my own design pattern for customization?
Yes. You need to provide a clear vector image or high-definition picture. Our design team will evaluate the feasibility of the pattern, and customization can be carried out after confirming that it meets the process requirements.

What factors are related to the price of custom watches?
The price is mainly related to the materials of the case and dial (e.g., ordinary stainless steel/precious metals), movement grade (basic/high-end), complexity of the customization process (e.g., ordinary engraving/embossing process), and customization quantity. The larger the quantity, the lower the unit price.

Is there a minimum order quantity requirement for bulk custom watches?
The minimum order quantity for corporate bulk customization is 50 pieces. Exclusive discounts and more detailed customization plan services are available for bulk customization.

Is there a limit on the content and number of characters for engraving on custom watches?
Case engraving usually supports 10-15 characters (both Chinese and English are acceptable). Fonts can be selected from regular Songti, Kaiti, or simple sans-serif fonts. For special fonts or extra-long engraving, it is necessary to communicate in advance to confirm feasibility.

Is the warranty of custom watches the same as that of ordinary watches?
Yes. Custom watches also enjoy 1-2 years of official warranty service. The warranty covers movement failures and non-man-made damage to the case/strap. Customized processes such as engraving are not covered by the warranty.

How can I confirm the final effect of my customization plan?
After order confirmation, we will provide a 1:1 customized renderings, including the overall presentation of the dial, case, and strap. You can put forward modification suggestions for the renderings, and the production process will start after confirmation.

Can the production of custom watches be expedited?
Yes. An additional 10%-30% expedited fee is required for the expedited service. The regular cycle can be shortened to 30 working days at the fastest. The availability of the expedited service is subject to the current production schedule.
