We have built a comprehensive full-process quality control (QC) system covering the entire product lifecycle, from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, to ensure that every watch leaving the factory meets strict quality standards. The system is implemented in three core stages with zero tolerance for defective products:
Before any component is warehoused, we conduct a 100% piece-by-piece inspection for all core parts (including watch cases, dials, movements, straps, and hardware) and random sampling inspections for auxiliary materials. The inspection covers three critical dimensions:
Upon completion of the watch assembly process, every single finished watch undergoes a mandatory 100% performance test with no exceptions, focusing on two core performance indicators related to user experience:
All watches that pass the assembly performance test must go through a final comprehensive factory inspection before delivery. This stage integrates a full range of checks, including a second round of appearance review, a reconfirmation of timing accuracy, a verification of accessory completeness, and a check of product labeling consistency. We strictly implement a zero-defect delivery standard—only when the batch qualification rate reaches 100% can the products be packaged and delivered to customers.
