What delivery terms and transportation methods do you support?​

We offer flexible delivery terms and diversified transportation solutions to meet the cross-border logistics needs of clients in different regions, ensuring that goods are delivered safely, on time and in line with their actual procurement requirements.

We support two main types of delivery terms to adapt to different transaction scenarios:

• Factory Pick-up by Designated Forwarders: Clients can arrange their designated Chinese freight forwarders to pick up goods directly at our factory warehouse. We will provide full coordination, including loading assistance, detailed packing lists, and customs declaration document preparation, to ensure a smooth pick-up process.
• Standard International Trade Terms: We also offer mainstream trade terms for global transactions, including DAP (Delivered at Place) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

We provide multiple transportation options, balancing efficiency, cost and safety, and support customized solutions based on client needs:

• Default International Express Delivery: For small and medium-sized orders, we default to two leading international couriers: DHL and FedEx. This method features fast delivery speed (usually 3–7 working days to most countries/regions, with the specific duration subject to actual circumstances). It also includes real-time logistics tracking and strict safety measures to avoid damage or loss of goods during transit.
• Optional Alternative International Couriers: Besides the default options, clients can also choose other international courier services according to their own needs, such as TNT, UPS, EMS and Aramex.
• Cost Note: The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method. For sure we will recommend the most economic one for you.
