1. What's your best price for this watch?

A: Quotation will depend on your quantity and material Please kindly let us know your quantity when you inquired. Any question

about the prices, please contact us for discussion.

Price is negotiable.

2. What's your MOQ?

A: For stainless steel case, we require 200 pcs for each model, 100pcs per color.

For alloy case, we require 300 pcs for each model, 100pcs per color.

If you need low moq,please contact us,we can supply in stock watch with our logo if you dont mind

3.How about the sample? Can I get it for free? And the sample delivery time?

A: * For samples, the cost would be 100usd/pcs for normal quartz watch;

200usd / 400usd per piece for mechanical watches and dive watches.

* And shipping cost depends on which area you are.

* But don’t worry, sample fee is refundable if we can reach an order for near future

* For the delivery time, about 30 days are needed for existing models and about 45 days for new models.

4. What's the delivery time?

A: Normally, it’s 35 – 40 days after every details confirmed for mass production.The earlier you order,the sooner we arrange

production plan 

And goods will be delivered when balance is received.

5.What's your packing?

A: We offer two packing options for our customers.

* Free packing, our normal packing is 1 opp bag for 1 watch.

* Customized your own watch box. But please notice it will take extra charge for it. Download Watch Boxes Catalogue.

6.Can we have our own logo or design?

A: Sure, your own logo is welcomed and we can make it free for you.

You can be customized on dial, caseback, band, buckle or any other places.

Also your own design is welcomed, we can make samples or mass production according to your provided samples or designs.

7.What about the warranty?

A: We have our QC department. All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving

the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the customize watches and 2 years for the

movement from the date of delivery. We can repair the defect part for free and stand half of the freight.

8: When does your watch factory established?

A: Our watch factory is established in 2008, with over 10 years professional experience on watches line, Workers are well-trained

and educated.

9: What kind of watches do you offer?

A: Basically all kinds of quartz and mechanical watches, by using Japan or Swiss original movement.

Different kinds of material: alloy watches. 316l Stainless steel watches, silicone watches, wood watches/ mineral glass, sapphire

glass, dome glass/ Genuine full grain leather strap, vegan leather, stainless steel link band, stainless steel mesh band, nylon strap.

Please note that we don’t provide digital or smart watches.

10: What's your production capacity per month?

A: Our production capacity per month is 500,000pcs.

11: Do your watches meet Europe & American standard? And what kinds of certificate would you have?

A: Yes, our watches do meet Europe & American standard. And we have CE, ROHS, SGS, ISO9001, you can check the copy of them on our

website.

12: Would you have your own design team to design watches per our request?

A: Sure, our professional design team will provide the best design drawing before sampling or order.

When you need an artwork, just let us know, free charge.

13: Can you ship to my country? How long will the shipment take?

A: Sure, we ship goods worldwide by DHL / TNT / UPS / EMS / FedEx / Aramex, etc. It would take about 3-7 days depend on different

courier you choose. Default courier is DHL(door to door). The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models,

packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
