Can the production of custom watches be expedited?
Yes. We offer an expedited production service for custom watches to cater to clients’ urgent delivery needs, with specific terms and conditions detailed below:
1．Expedited Fee & Compression of Production Cycle
To avail of the expedited service, an additional 10%–30% of the total order value will be charged as an expedited fee. The exact rate is determined by two critical factors: order complexity and required lead time reduction (the more you need to shorten the original cycle, the higher the fee rate).
The standard production cycle for custom watches ranges from 40 to 60 working days, depending on the customization scope. With the expedited service, the production cycle can be shortened to as fast as 30 working days—this is the minimum turnaround time achievable under optimal conditions, such as sufficient raw material stock and available production slots.
2．Eligibility & Dependencies
The availability of the expedited service is strictly subject to our current production schedule. If our production lines are fully booked with regular orders, or if key materials/components are out of stock, we may not be able to accommodate your expedited request, or we might need to adjust the expedited timeline appropriately.
For orders with highly complex customization requirements, the minimum expedited production cycle will be extended accordingly, (depending on the level of customization complexity).
3．Important Notes
The expedited service only shortens the production phase; it does not include the time required for design confirmation, sample production, or logistics. Please ensure prompt review and approval of design drafts to avoid prolonging the overall lead time.
If design modifications are requested after expedited production has started, additional fees will be incurred, and the production cycle may be extended. This is because re-adjusting production processes and re-sourcing materials will require extra time and resources.
